At the moment of income we ask a deposit of €uro 100,00 that will be given back when you leave apartment.
It's to prevent eventual damages.

Apartment is available in entrance from hours 12,00 and goes freed the day of the departure before hours 10.00.

The apartment clean-up are not previewed, however it is possible to demand to payment:

- the service of additional clean- up in case of extended period of permanence euro 15,00.

- The final service of cleanup of apartment euro 25,00.

In any case Apartment must be left in the same conditions of income.

The supply of the bed linen (sheets and federe) and from bath are optional.

It's possible to reserve beach umbrellas and beach chairs near beach partner establishment .

Our Farm holidays is accessible to every persons, one of the apartments is totally predisposed in order to accommodate handicap people.
